The athlete must: hand in the signed self-certification, collect the bag containing the bib and the race pack and leave the race area to avoid creating crowds inside the race area.

After the start, athletes must continue to wear the mask for the first 500 metres of the race, which will be clearly indicated by the organisation. The mask

After the start, the athletes on the course are forbidden to use a pacer, to run in slipstream or paired, to pass another competitor on narrow paths that would reduce the interpersonal distance.

DURING THE RACE

Refreshments along the route

The race is run on a semi-self-sufficient basis, i.e. the athlete must carry the necessary amount of drinks and food to get from one refreshment point to another. At the refreshment posts, which will be located outdoors under special gazebos, you can find water and mineral salts and Coca-Cola.

The food will be packed in single portions.

After receiving their water supply (no self-service, the staff will fill up water bottles and personal glasses) the athlete is invited to leave the refreshment area and to consume any food outside, where there are bags for the collection of waste.

Athletes are recommended to carry any food, drinks or minerals they need in their rucksacks.

The refreshments are located at various points along the route. At each refreshment point the athlete must wear a mask. In accordance with the race regulations, all athletes must carry their own glass or water bottle. In a clearly marked area near the checkpoint, the athlete can receive personal assistance under the following conditions: the assistance can only be carried out by one assistant, the refreshments must be left on the ground in a bag or a personal bag, the competitor and his assistant must maintain an interpersonal distance of at least one metre, the competitor takes the refreshments from his bag and leaves the refreshment area without stopping there.
